Need Help?

If you're filling in the PTC documents manually and just want to get the legislators, you only need to fill the address field. Then stop after clicking “Get Legislators.”

Enter your information. Make sure to enter your full name and a complete mailing address. For signatures, upload an image (for best results, use a black and white image with a transparent or white background, and crop the image to 5:2 aspect ratio).
Click the “Get Legislators” button. It will output the entered address, the three corresponding legislators, and their mailing addresses.
Click the “Prepare PDFs” button. After a few seconds, it will output each of the nine PTC documents.
To download all of your PTCs, click the “Download PTCs” button. You will get a pop-up to save a .zip file of the documents. Save the file.
